Incandescent Metamorphosis is an abstract composition driven by warmth, movement and accumulation. Orange, yellow and coral tones spread across the surface while violet, red, black and flashes of pale colour interrupt the field, creating points of tension and release.
Forms appear, overlap and dissolve. Nothing remains entirely fixed. The painting carries the sensation of something changing while we are still looking at it.

The warm background is built through successive passages of paint, allowing traces of previous layers to remain visible beneath the surface. Against it, denser clusters of violet, crimson, yellow, white and black gather into fragmented structures before dispersing again into open areas.
Lines cross, splashes interrupt, blocks overlap and edges remain deliberately imperfect. These contrasts create a tension between construction and spontaneity — between what is forming and what is already beginning to change.
Part of Matter in Motion, the artwork reflects the series’ interest in movement beyond literal representation. Here, movement becomes internal: an accumulation of energy, colour and matter shifting from one state into another.
